BlueVPS OĆ is a hosting company with 8 years on the market and a team of 20+ professionals, actively growing across European, US, and Asian markets. We are looking for a Team Lead to join our sales and customer support department.
What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in a hosting company or managing a small commercial team
- 3+ years in customer support or sales within the hosting industry
- Solid understanding of hosting specifics and server hardware
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach
- English at Intermediate level or above, fluent Ukrainian and Russian
What you will be doing:
- Training and motivating the team to hit sales targets
- Raising the technical proficiency of the department
- Quality control over tickets and chat handling
- Analysing client requests to identify bottlenecks, risks, and process gaps ā and taking ownership of resolving them
- Working with data and preparing detailed sales reports
- Direct involvement in complex sales cycles, particularly with enterprise clients
- Running team meetings, pipeline reviews, and providing ongoing coaching
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences
