BlueServers Abuse Report Requirements
BlueServers (operated by BlueVPS OÜ) maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of our services for illegal activities. We are committed to working with the internet community to verify and handle abuse reports efficiently.
To submit an abuse complaint concerning users who are using BlueServers services in bad faith, please use one of the following methods:
- Ticket System: Please open a ticket via our unified billing panel at the following link Client Area and select the "Abuse department".
- Email: Send your report directly to the Abuse Department for BlueVPS & BlueServers 4abuse@bluevps.com.
Required Information
To ensure your complaint is processed rapidly, please follow the guidelines below. Incomplete reports may delay our investigation.
1. Target Identification
Clearly specify the IP address, domain name, or specific URL hosted on our network that is the subject of the complaint. Vague reports (e.g., "your network is attacking me") cannot be processed.
2. Categorization & Evidence
Please categorize the abuse type and provide the necessary evidence:
- Spam / Unsolicited Email: You must include the full email headers, timestamps, and a copy of the spam message.
- Malware / Phishing: Provide the exact URLs, screenshots, and if possible, hashes (MD5/SHA) of the malicious files.
- DDoS / Network Attacks: Include firewall logs, traffic dumps (pcap), timestamps (with time zone), and target IP addresses.
- Copyright / Trademark (DMCA): Attach evidence of the infringing material, a link to the original work, and a statement declaring your rights owner status (or authorized representation).
- Other Violations: Provide a clear description of the issue, supporting evidence, and any relevant logs.
Policy regarding Private Individuals & Legal Authorities
Requests received through proper legal channels will be handled in accordance with Estonian law and our Terms of Service.
